May is Mental Health Awareness Month
We all know life can be overwhelming and extremely demanding, even for our youngest learners. Research clearly shows that when we are happier, our brains function 30% better. We are more creative, confident, and perform better overall. At Frontier Charter, we are committed to helping your children succeed academically, and in all areas of their lives. We've compiled a couple of resources to help support the mental health of those in your family.
https://schoolpulse.org/resources/ - Articles, videos, podcasts for adults and teens in many areas of mental health, social awareness, and growing up.
https://jr.brainpop.com/search/?keyword=social+emotional - video lessons and games for young children.
