Kia ora e te Whanau
We have a busy last few weeks at Onekawa School!
I am incredibly proud of our Kapa Haka group who performed at the Ngati Kahugnunu festival in Hastings yesterday. A big thanks to Matua T, Mrs Woolf and Whaia Mariea for their mahi in preparing our group. Ka mau te wehi! I have included a link below to the performance on our school You Tube page.
This Tuesday we hold our end of year celebration conferences. To book, please click on the following link: https://www.schoolinterviews.co.nz/code/f93dp Further details about the conferences can be found below.
We also have our very special Year 6 Leavers Dinner on Wednesday next week. A big thanks to Annette and Team Pipi for their organisation.
You are all warmly invited to attend our end of year assembly on Tuesday 12 December at 9:30am. This assembly is a chance for us to celebrate the 2023 school year; the Kapa Haka group will also be performing for us. We hope to see you there.
Have a fun weekend!
Nga mihi,
Steve
