School of Grammar Gazette
Issue #25: April 11-15
Report Cards & Conduct Reports
All grades and conduct reports are due by the end of the day Monday, April 11. They will be mailed out this week. Please use the conduct reports on the X: drive, and save as "Quarter 3" somewhere in the file name so all the quarters are saved as separate files. Please let me know if you have questions about this.
Faculty Meeting This Week
There will be a Lower School faculty meeting Tuesday morning at 8am in Ms. Marchand's room.

Summer Boost
Summer Boost letters were sent home last week. I am still looking for teachers that might be interested in teaching a class! Let me know if you'd be interested!
Professional Development Materials
As you know, every teacher receives $500 to go toward professional development, mostly in the form of workshops. If you would like, up to $100 can be spent on professional development resources (books, videos, materials, etc.). If you would like to purchase any materials to further your professional development, please fill out the "Request for Professional Development" form, which can be found on the faculty page of the Nova website or here.
Sleepover at Nova!
On Friday, May 6, myself and some fearless teachers will be hosting a sleepover at Nova as a Great Gatherings offering. I will be putting flyers in your mailboxes to send home with your students this week. Students will return the bottom portion of the flyers - please put them in my mailbox as they are returned. Also, if you feel like you want to hang out with about 50 students on a Friday night, please let me know! I'd love for teachers to join us for a couple hours in the evening or even sleep over if you're so inclined!
Don't Forget!
Please remember to enter your students' weekly dismissal plans into the Silent Dismissal website by Wednesday. Let Angela or I know if you have any questions on this!
Upcoming Events!
Friday, April 15: Grandparent's Day
Tuesday, April 19: Kindergarten Round-Up
High Fives!
High Five to everyone who presented a workshop during Friday's inservice - Connie, Chad, Becky, Laura Heuett, Missy, John, and Alyssa! Thanks for sharing your expertise!
