Thank you for helping to beautify our school!
A HUGE thank you to all of the families who came out to participate in our Fall Clean-up day on Saturday, November 5th!!! We were able to finish our projects in great time due to the large group of volunteers! The school garden has fresh mulch all around as well as in between the beds which will save the county from having to mow this area.
Many thanks to everyone who gave generously of your time to help us with this project!!! We are fortunate to have the best support system at BES!

Brookwood PTA Holiday Shop Opening Soon!
Brookwood families, the holidays are quickly approaching! This year the PTA is hosting a Holiday Shop for the students! You may remember doing this yourself as a kid. We will have tons of items for students to choose to shop from for their mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandparents, siblings, friends, etc! 80% of the items are under $5. The shop will be open the week of December 5th and your child's class will have a designated day/time to shop, similar to the book fair.
You will be notified when your child's class will be shopping so you can send money in with them that day. There will be a letter sent home with more details and an envelope you can send back with their money in it to keep it safe. This will be a cash only shop. They will come home with a wrapped gift to keep it a surprise for their loved ones!
Volunteers Needed for the PTA Holiday Shop
This year the PTA is organizing a Holiday Shop on December 5th- 9th where students can shop and purchase gifts for their entire family! This is an important and busy week, and we need our AMAZING volunteers to help make the Holiday Shop run successfully. Volunteers will be helping to ensure that each student doesn't go over their allotted amount along with making sure they get items for their loved ones from their lists.
Please go to Sign Up Genius to signup for either a morning or afternoon time slot. If you cannot commit to the time slots listed, please still sign up and comment with your available time.
