Required Immunizations for Next School Year
The Cape County Health Department will be here on Thursday, March 30th to offer the vaccinations required for students entering the 12th grade in the 23-24 school year. Please see the attached letter for more details. The Health Department will be at Senior Orientation on August 8th, and they usually hold immunization clinics over the summer. If you choose to participate in their clinic at our school on March 30th, please read the attached consent form from the Health Department.
Proof of vaccinations must be on file before the student can start school in the fall. If you opt to receive the vaccines from your own health care provider, please be sure to send proof of immunization to our nurse’s office as soon as possible.
For more information, please contact the Cape County Health Department at 573-335-7846, or the JHS Nurse’s Office at 573-243-9519.
