The Bill of Right protect citizen of the United State.
First Amendment: Freedom of Speech the press, and religion
Freedom of religion and Freedom of Speech.
Second Amendment: The right to bear arms
Sometime serve as soldier to protect themeselve.
Third Amendment: The right to privacy in the home
Soldier can't over bargein and demand to live in your home.
Fourth Amendment: Unreasonable search and seizure
Search someone house you need a search warrant.
Fifth Amendment: Double Jeopardy self incrimination, and due process of law
Crime you done you get charge and grand jury has to decide if there is enough evidence to charge you.
Sixth Amendment: The right of the accused in criminal cases
Charged for a crime your trial should happen as soon as possible it should importial.
Seventh Amendment: The right to a jury trial
Civil case involving a lot of money.
Eighth Amendment: Preventing cruel and unusual punishment
Your punishment should fit your crime.
