Skyler Benitez Becomes an STLP State Champion!
Congratulations to Skyler Benitez, a senior at Bellevue High School, for becoming an STLP State Champion!
Skyler represented Bellevue as an Engineer Ambassador for the 23-24 school year.
Fifth Graders Learning History!
Fifth Graders learned about the Treaty of Paris in Social Studies by negotiating and signing their own treaty between the United States and Great Britain.
Future Educators Visit Grandview!
Grandview Elementary loved having Beechwood students observe in classrooms and gain experience for the future.
Girl's Mental and Physical Health Assemblies
On the Thursday before Spring Break, female students were able to participate in two different assemblies. One focused on girl's mental health and the other focused on physical health.

Gateway Spanish Students Put Skills to Work!
This week, the Gateway Spanish 102 dual credit students put their language skills to use in a real world application.
They conversed with the staff and ordered their food in Spanish!
Cooking Club Wraps Up
Tuesday night was the last week of cooking club. They made banana/berry smoothies!
Allison Bowen from the Extension Office has been amazing with teaching our students some basic nutritional information and cooking skills! All of the students stated that they would like to do more of this in the future. It has been a wonderful experience and we can't wait to work with Allison next year!

Week Three of Tiger Tots Academy
Thursday was the third night of Tiger Tots Academy! 🐯 Families had the opportunity to learn about the importance of movement with their children and the benefits that come along with it!
The Alphabet Countdown Begins!
This week, Kindergarten has started their Alphabet Countdown for the last 26 days of school!
For letter A Day, they wore animal print and did arts and crafts!
For B Day, they got to bring their favorite book from home and play with some bubbles at the end of the school day! 🫧
Prom Safety!
On Friday, students who were attending Prom attended an assembly to learn about Prom safety. These students also got the chance to experience first hand what happens at the scene of a car accident through a mock crash. Thank you to the Bellevue Police and Fire Departments for putting on this presentation!
