PEP Meeting This Week
Our PEP event will be Thursday, May 2nd from 5:00pm-7:00pm in our Library and we would love for you to attend. PEP stands for Parents as Educational Partners for our English Language Learner community! Our goal is to connect with EL families in our community and educate them about the School System! Our focus this session will be on “Study Skills and Homework/Family Engagement.” There will be food and drinks provided. Please let us know if you will be attending by filling out the Google Form link! We look forward to seeing you!

Celebraremos nuestro evento PEP el jueves 2 de mayo de 5:00 p. m. a 7:00 p. m. en nuestra biblioteca y nos encantaría que asistiera. ¡PEP significa Padres como socios educativos para nuestra comunidad de estudiantes de inglés! ¡Nuestro objetivo es conectarnos con las familias EL de nuestra comunidad y educarlas sobre el sistema escolar! Nuestro enfoque en esta sesión será “Habilidades de estudio y tareas/participación familiar”. Se proporcionarán alimentos y bebidas. Multicultural Night!
Join us on Friday, May 3rd from 5:30-8:00 PM for our Multicultural Night! We will have activities for the whole family to participate in. You’ll want to come with ideas for: completing a family recipe, decorating a craft with cultural attire, and recording a greeting in the language of your family heritage!
Families who are interested in showcasing their culture are invited to set up a table display, please complete the following Google Form to sign up for a table. More information on display requirements can be found on the form https://forms.gle/2axvYHm9g5fjF6Er7

Dulles South Soup Kitchen
Dulles Soup Kitchen offers meals to hungry families in-need. Register for a prepared meal for your family ahead of time at https://www.dullessouthsoupkitchen.org/get-help or Call 202-930-3775
*You must register before hand to receive a meal for your family. Meals are available on Wednesday nights at the Stone Springs Hospital Center Parking lot.

An appointment is necessary.
The pantry is located at 24757 Arcola Mills Drive

Head North on Stone Springs Blvd. Pass the hospital and go to the stoplight. Turn right onto Arcola Mills Drive. The Pantry is the next right turn.

Apply for Free or Reduced school lunches EACH SCHOOL YEAR! Most of you will have to reapply in August for the 24-25 school year
If your family receives federal benefits: SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid*
(*Medicaid needs to be approved based on household income), you may not need to apply. The guardian listed at the school as the primary contact may receive an eligibility letter or approval letter confirming it.
Full Prices Breakfast costs $2.10 Lunch costs $3.05 Elementary $3.15 Middle and High School.
