"If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster and treat those two imposters just the same"
This is saying that if you have the strength to reach triumph and the strength to face disaster then when you do you don't need to be phased or worried in any way. Just face what is coming and have the strength to not be changed.
Rudyard Kipling's Key Claims
In general he says to stay strong in the worst situations and that life will throw everything it has at you. The way he uses his words may seem complicated, but if you look deeper than just the text you can find many true meanings. To some it may mean different, but there is still meaning to this poem. That meaning is to not let anything take you down because life is hard, but you can do it.
