Testing Kick-Off Assembly
GRRREAT Job Coker Family! I don't know about you guys but I thought that our kick-off was AWESOME! A big THANK YOU to each and every person who participated and/or played a role in making it a success. Without each one of you we could not have done it and we do so appreciate everyone's contribution. You guys ROCK!! : )
Coker Spring Yard Sale
Our spring yard sale sponsored by the Coker Cub Club has been moved to Saturday April 30th from 7:30-1:30. Tables are $10 or $8 a piece for CCC members. If you need to get rid of some stuff this is an opportune time to do it. Come and join us!
Disc Golf Match
There will be a disc golf match tomorrow afternoon from 3:00-4:30. What beautiful weather lately for disc golf! GO CUBS!!
Bill Gregory Healthcare Classic
We would like to encourage everyone to attend the classic on Saturday May 14th. The 10K starts at 8:00, 5K at 8:15, and the 2K begins at 9:45. Students may register for $12. Some scholarships may still be available for students who cannot afford the fee. This is always a lot of fun! Please see Kelli Bishop or Amber Loughridge if you have any questions.
Remember - Coker will be UNDEFEATED!
GA Milestones Testing
Testing will continue through Friday of this week. Make-ups will be held next week on Monday through Thursday. Please encourage students to be here on time every day! We will have a reward for students who have perfect attendance. : ) Teachers, if a student is absent, please do your best to touch base with a parent prior to the beginning of testing. If you have students waiting to test during the second half of the day please engage them in some type of review. I wouldn't go overboard but I would do more than just watch a movie. Who knows, perhaps something that you review prior to a test ends up showing up. It's been known to happen! We've come this far so let's stay committed to testing this week and show all that we know!!

Most Improved Students
Tickets from the Chattanooga Lookouts are on their way to us! If you nominated students for the Most Improved Student reward they will receive a free ticket for admission to a Lookouts game. As soon as we receive them we will distribute them to you. Please encourage your students to take advantage of this event. It would be a GRRREAT family outing!
Attendance Update
March Attendance - We had 23 out of 54 (43%) staff members with perfect attendance in March. We were at 67% in February. By far March was our worst month with attendance to date. From March on out we will be only giving tickets for attendance. If you have perfect attendance for the first half of the year you earn a FREE day, and the second half of the year another FREE day. Your first half of the year free day must be taken between January and the end of March and the second half of the year free day must be taken between August and the end of October. Your free day must be approved at our discretion two weeks prior to day off so that we don't have too many people out on the same day. Please let me know if you have any questions. In addition, we will be announcing our March perfect attendance winners of The Creme Hut lunch later this week. We certainly hope that everyone has a GRRREAT week! : )
