Need to Know
From Ms. Faulkner’s Office ~ Uniform Policy Reinforcement: As we continue to nurture a positive and respectful learning environment, I would like to remind you of our school uniform policy and the importance of appropriate seasonal outerwear for our students.
All students in grades 3 to 6 are required to wear their school tie and jacket. This is a crucial part of our school identity and promotes a sense of unity and pride.
Please ensure your child in grades 1 to 6 wears either black or brown leather shoes. No black running shoes. This policy applies to all students without exception, maintaining consistency and discipline.
With winter upon us, it is essential that students come prepared for the cold weather. Please provide your child with winter boots, a hat, gloves, and any other necessary outerwear to keep them warm and comfortable during outdoor activities.
Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated and plays a vital role in upholding the standards of our school community. If you have any concerns or need clarification on the policies, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to your child's education and well-being.
Elementary School Holiday Assembly: There will be a short, informal holiday assembly for the elementary students on Friday, December 8 from 2:15 to 3:00 pm in Coristine Hall. Each grade will perform two songs. The theme of the concert this year is friendship and brotherhood. Parents are always welcome at our ES assemblies; however, it is just an assembly, not a polished concert. Class performances will be very short. The assembly will be filmed and shared with parents.
News from the Library: All library books must be returned by Wednesday, December 13.
