From Gary:
In light of the CDC Guidance, National Health Social Distancing Guidelines, and our Governors announcement of a statewide “Shelter in Place” declaration for the State of Georgia, Living Well Farmers Market would like to announce we are now offering a home delivery service of your Co-Op order. If you live within 10 miles of the Living Well Farmers Market Store in Suwanee, you can select to have your Co-Op order delivered to your home for $10.00.
*If you live outside the 10 mile delivery area you can still get home delivery. Please tell us by stating you are outside the 10 mile service area in the ORDER NOTES at the bottom of the CHECKOUT screen (prior to proceeding to PayPal) that you live outside the service area, and we will contact you via email to work out delivery rates and timing.
Here’s how this will work:
1) How to get home delivery:
a. Please ensure that your Living Well Farmers Market Co-Op profile has your correct address in the Shipping Address and TELEPHONE NUMBER for delivery.
b. Add the product Home Delivery to your cart just like you would for soap, eggs, meat, or any other selected product. It will be added to your at the displayed cost of $10.00.
There are a few ways to select the product: HOME DELIVERY.
1. You can find and add HOME DELIVERY by going to Home tab of the main menu and select the drop-down HOME DELIVERY
2. You can select Co-Op Vendor Stores option from the main menu. Then select the vendor store Delivery.
3. Another way is by searching the product in any of the search boxes by entering either “home” or “delivery”. Then follow the selection process like you would any other product offered.
c. If you place multiple orders you only need to select home delivery on one order. All of your orders are combined into one delivery automatically.
2) How your order will be packaged:
a. Your orders will still be filled, and packed, by the vendors you’re buying from. Instead of your items being placed in a basket by the vendors, they will now be placed in a paper bag(s). Your order inventory slip will be taped to the bag.
b. Frozen and refrigerated items will be transported in coolers.
3) How drop-off will work: (There is to be no interaction between the delivery person and you. Please. This is for both our protection.)
a. All orders will be delivered to the residence front door between 1:00PM and 6:00PM. All orders will be dropped off. (No orders will be returned to the store)
b. If you wish your frozen, and refrigerated, items to be placed in a cooler; please have coolers in place.
c. A photo of the delivery will be taken, and the doorbell will be rung when the delivery is complete.
If you have a FRESH HARVEST bin - this will also be delivered with your online order. Please leave your empties outside for Gary to return to the store.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

North Gwinnett Co-op Food Donation Drive
Thank you to everyone that dropped off items or donated eggs and cash (to purchase items). My family and I will bring all the donated items to the food co-op on Saturday. Thank you for making a difference in our community!
Crave Pie - Pie It Forward Campaign
Briana from Crave Pie is genuinely one of the most thoughtful people I know! She has started a Pie It Forward Campaign to show some kindness to those on the frontlines during these scary time - nursing homes, frontline medical staff at hospitals, clinics and the like.
Help Us Bake Someone's Day!
Can you help us give back to the community by sharing pie? Help us Pie It Forward by sponsoring a mini pie to be delivered to someone on the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis.
You can sponsor 1 pie to however many by clicking this link https://www.cravepie.com/store#!/Sponsored-Pies-Pie-It-Forward-and-Bake-Someone-Happy/p/184465051/category=0
Also, please support her! She's still rebuilding the Duluth store that had damage due to the fire but she opened a new store in Alpharetta. She also has quiches at our storefront but will be back on the online market soon. I'll keep you posted.

Words from my heart
Coronavirus Precautions
We are trying to do our part to part to prevent Coronavirus from spreading to our community.
Changes to pick up:
1. We are limiting to 3 shoppers at a time inside the store in order to keep you and our employees safe. We ask that you keep the recommended 6 feet distance from others.
2. Fresh Harvest Bins - If you have a Fresh Harvest delivery tomorrow and would like us to leave your bin outside the store, please email me by this evening. That way I can let the delivery driver know which bins to leave outside in front of the store. My only concern is the risk of theft. We'll do what we can to keep an eye on them but can not be held responsible. We're trying to do the best we can with the situation.
3. We ask that you please refrain from touching store items except those that belong to you or that you choose to purchase in the store. If you have any questions, please ask an employee for help.
4. No Egg Cartons or recyclable items will be taken until further notice.
In addition, as we've been doing for the past weeks, we will be constantly wiping down door handles, shopping carts, Ipad screen, and tables.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT AND PATIENCE AS WE GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER!
Wednesday pick up time frame will remain from 1 pm to 8 pm but we are reducing our other weekday hours.
Volunteers
Many of you have offered to help Volunteer at the market and we will graciously accept your help! We would love help assisting members during pick up and explaining to new members the pick up process.
