Join us for the Prosper ISD Plant Sale and Farmers Market.
- Plants include a variety of annuals, shrubs and perennials
- There will be bathing services for your dog while you shop - sign up here
- Farmers Market will include PISD student group products, locally produced products, fresh-cut flower bar and more
π Preparing for the Solar Eclipse on April 8
UPCOMING CELESTIAL EVENT
A total solar eclipse will occur on April 8, 2024, where viewers in North Texas will experience an awe-inspiring celestial event that drastically changes the appearance of the two biggest objects in our sky: the Sun and the Moon.
WHO WILL VIEW THE ECLIPSE?
- Students in Prosper ISD will get the opportunity to view this celestial phenomenon during the school day on April 8, 2024.
- Safety glasses will be provided to students in grades 2-12.
- Pre-K through 1st grades will be observing this event from their classrooms, via digital broadcast
πApril is School Library Month
April is School Library Month, and we applaud the indispensable work of school librarians who collaborate with teachers daily to support classroom activities.
Parents, staff, and students are encouraged to participate in activities throughout the month that celebrate the library - and to thank librarians who do so much to support their communities!

π» Suzuki Strings at Jackson Elementary
Applications are being accepted for students entering grades 1-5 who wish to participate in the Suzuki violin program at Jackson Elementary in the fall of 2024.
Applications must be received by April 15 to be included in the lottery.

What: Summer Camp Fair
Where: Boyer Elementary School 1616 Montgomery Lane, Prosper
When: Saturday, April 6 11:00am-2:00pm
Why: This fair is a place where parents can connect with multiple summer camp vendors and explore summer camp opportunities in the area. There will be FREE summer camp drawings. This event is open to the public.

- Join us on Saturday, April 6, 2024, for the 3rd Annual Fire Truck Pull at Children's Health Stadium
- This event benefits Prosper ISD Special Olympics
- Each team will have two attempts to pull the 75,000 pound fire truck 50 feet

Looking for a unique and fun way to experience Graduation? Prosper ISD Graduation Celebration presents the 2024 Graduation Suite Auction! This auction is for a suite at Children's Health Stadium! Enjoy the graduation Ceremonies in the comfort of a suite! Each suite holds 24 people. You are welcome to bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages. Access to the "Holler Deck" is also included. Team up to host with a friend if you want! All proceeds benefit the Graduation Celebration! Bidding starts now through April 15.
