APEX Fun Run
- Students had daily visits from the APEX staff, motivational activities, built school pride, and got excited about physical fitness.
- PTA and APEX apologize for the confusion in dates and times for the run.
- Please let us know if you continue to get invoices to pay a pledge even AFTER you submit your pledge money. This is a hiccup we are hearing about. Please email us.
- Thank you everyone for your patience. We are glad to bring this large fundraiser to BRE and eliminate multiple small fundraising events throughout the year.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you to all volunteers!
Box Tops
- BRE made $200 so far this year... from cutting pieces of cardboard.
- Please put your students' names on their bag/sheet of box tops so they can get credit for them.
cut a box top + turn it in = easy $$ and easy prizes

Committee Reports:
Class Parties: Planning meeting was held prior to the general meeting. Theme wil be Chill Zone. Party will be in the gym and grades will attend in 30 minute increments. Party will be on 12/21. Planned stations include the Inflatable, Making fake snow, paper snowballs, snack. We will ask for volunteers per party and special teachers can help too. This will allow volunteers to attend all their childrens’ parties
Communications: Facebook events made and calendar on website updated.
Box Tops: BRE made $200 from the first Box Tops turn in. Remind students to put their names on their boxtops so they can earn individual prizes for every 50 that they turn in. If a class gets 450 box tops all together they will earn a prize as well.
