Rotary Club Read-In
The Robinson School would like to thank the Mansfield Rotary Club for coming in this week and reading "The Most Magnificent Thing" to all of our grade 2 classrooms. The most amazing part is that the club purchased a copy of the book for every grade 2 student to take home!
Spring Parent / Teacher Conferences
Robinson Elementary School will be holding parent/teacher conferences on Thursday, April
4th in the afternoon from 1:00pm - 3:30pm and then in the evening from 5:30pm - 8:00pm.
Afternoon conferences will also be available on Friday, April 5th from 1:00pm -
3:30pm.
Please note that April 4th and 5th are early release days for students. Students will be
dismissed at 12:15 and lunch will be served.
All parents must enter the Robinson School through the visitor's entrance. To ensure that your
conference runs on time, please follow the steps below:
- We are asking all families to enter through the visitor entrance, which is located at the front of
our building.
- Please remember to have a photo id with you when you arrive.
- Our staff will check you in and provide you with a sticker badge. This process can take a
couple of minutes, especially during times of high volume.
- If at all possible, please plan to arrive a couple of minutes early for your appointment.
- We encourage you to check out our Lost & Found table in the visitor entrance foyer as well to
see if any of the items belong to your child.
Attendance Information
If your student was absent and you have a doctor's note from the office visit, please email the note to dawn.saba@mansfieldschools.com or drop it off at our main office, so that your student's absence can be excused.
At the Robinson School, we are committed to providing the best education possible for your child. In order to take full advantage of the educational programming offered by the teachers and staff at Robinson, it is vital that your child attends school regularly and arrives on time on a consistent, daily basis. Valuable minutes of instructional time are missed each time your child is absent, and excessive absences may hinder your child’s progress. We are committed to providing the best possible education for your child. Unfortunately, this process is adversely affected by poor student attendance.
March 29th ~ Day of Low Attendance
Please note that there is NO SCHOOL for students and staff on Friday, March 29th.

Project 351
Spring is HERE! What better way to welcome the season than with some Spring Cleaning! We are looking for new or gently used clothing, sizes Newborn to Adult Medium, from March 25th to April 5th! Recess and Colder Weather🥶
Students should dress appropriately for the weather as we try to get students outside for recess as much as possible. This may include going outside during periods of light rain and/or light snow when temperatures make it safe to do so. We will reference the “Weather Guidelines for Children” document located on the Massachusetts “Play Outdoors Safely” website, to monitor the safety of the outdoor temperature prior to going outside for recess. In the colder weather students should be prepared with appropriate clothing such as jackets/coats, hats, and mittens/gloves.
