Where are you from? Where did you grow up? My family is originally from Poland! Although I was born in America, my first language was Polish. I grew up in Bayonne, NJ.
What does your education journey look like? I had the BEST kindergarten teacher, so while studying Psychology at Rutgers, I decided to minor in Education. I loved that so much and knew I wanted to help kids. I then decided to get my Master’s Degree in Special Education. I began working at AH in September of 2005 and taught 3rd grade, 4th grade, Special Education, and Intervention.
What is your favorite thing about working at AH? I love working at AH because of the staff, parents, and wonderful kids!
When you are not working how do you spend your free time? I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love being outside and enjoying nature.
What is 1 item on your bucket list? I love traveling, seeing new places, and experiencing new cultures. I want to make it to Australia one day!
What would your superpower be? Flying for sure!
What is a fun fact about you? I have triplets! They are in the first grade this year and it’s always an adventure. I learn the most about life from my children and my students. Kids are the best teachers!
