District Looking for Parents to Join Gifted Committee: A CH-UH Gifted Program Root Cause Analysis Committee is being formed. The mission: Through a Root Cause Analysis, the committee will identify issues within the district’s control that are contributing to various levels of underrepresented groups of children who are disproportionately identified as gifted compared to the rates of other students according to our district demographics. This analysis will include proposed solutions and next steps resulting in the sustained growth of this demographic and the equitable service practices and continuum that shall be established according to the State of Ohio’s Gifted Operating Standards. For more information and to apply to be a possible member click on the link. The application is open to any teacher or parent in the district.
