EMTs and paramedics respond to emergency calls, performing medical services and transporting patients to medical facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Most EMTs and paramedics work full time. EMTs and paramedics experience a much larger than average number of work-related injuries or illnesses. So it is very important to take care of the patient carefully if they are in a serious injury and to focus on them without any distraction.
Education Requirements
All emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and paramedics must complete a postsecondary educational program. All states require EMTs and paramedics to be licensed; requirements vary by state.

Paramedics and EMT's will have to work at any weather condition weather it is really windy, stormy, or even freezing out they still need to save others lives before its too late.
