Mrs. Ryberg's News March 8, 2019
Don't forget...
Sunday is Daylight Savings Time...set clocks up one hour (spring forward).
We put the FUN in Fundraisers!
**Pennies for Patients --> Monday is the last day to send in money. This money goes to help children with cancer and every single penny helps! We have a class goal of $50.00 and we have $10.05 so far!
**FOOD DRIVE --> The food drive is over and I am so grateful to all who sent money to help us pack the pantry for our Pirates! We brought in 96 items - THANK YOU for supporting our community!!!!
MAJOR SAVER kicks off this Friday - be on the lookout for information and goodies in backpacks!!!! This is an awesome way to give back to our school and earn some great savings.
McTeacher Night in Tuesday!
We will be at the Belton McDonald's to help raise money for our school! I will be there from 6 - 8...come see me!
Miss Kaycie was a guest reader for us this week on her way to Miss Missouri!
Thank you Miss Kaycie!

SPRING PARTIES
Next Friday, March 15th is our Spring Party. Information came home on Tuesday. If you are interested in volunteering, please be sure you have your background information check done through KeepNTrack. This needs to be done on or before Tuesday the 12th. Our party time is
2 p.m.
Another way to help is to donate small items. These items are still needed by PTA:
flower seed packets, clothes pins, Frosted Cheerios, pipe cleaners, colored straws, and plastic eggs.
SPRING BREAK
Spring Break begins on Monday, March 18th and ends on Monday, March 25th. Teachers will have inservice meetings on Monday the 25th, but students will be home. Student classes resume on Tuesday the 26th!
Be sure to take pictures and post them on SeeSaw even if Spring Break marks a staycation for you like it will me this year!
