A Note From the Principal
Dear parents and families:
Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week. To celebrate, we will be having a spirit week! See the flyer below for more information
This week, scholars in grades 3-8 are continuing their ILEARN assessments. Please make sure your scholars are on time and ready to test each morning.
We are still enrolling for Summer Advantage. Scholars in grades Kindergarten to fifth grade are encouraged to enroll in this FREE, six-week summer enrichment program.
If you have not completed your re-enrollment for the 2022-23 school year, please contact the main office as soon as possible to reserve your scholar's spot at our school next year. Seats are limited, so please verify your intent to return as soon as possible.

Phalen Leadership Academies is partnering with Summer Advantage USA to offer a 5-week summer learning program to our scholars AT NO COST TO YOU! Beyond being one of the nation's ONLY scientifically-studied summer programs proven to improve academic scores, Summer Advantage also artfully incorporates engaging enrichment activities every afternoon for a FULL DAY of learning & fun for our scholars!

Infinite Campus Parent Portal Access
As we partner together for our scholars' success, we want to ensure you have real-time access to your scholar's academic journey at GVP.

Infinite Campus is a network-wide student information system designed to manage attendance, grades, schedules, assessments, and other information about our scholars.
Parents and Learning Coaches have access to Campus Portal. It is a confidential and secure website that allows you to log in and view your scholars' progress. There is also an app available for both iOS and Android devices on our website.
Logging into the Campus Portal will allow you to view the following
real-time information about your child: demographics, attendance, grades, and report cards.

No Visitor Policy
Due to the highly transmissible COVID-19 Omicron variant, we will be implementing a NO visitor policy at our school campus until further notice. We are strongly committed to keeping the health and safety of our scholars, families, faculty, and staff our top priority. All parent meetings and conferences will be held via phone or video calls. In the event that your scholar(s) arrive late to school or need to be picked up early please call and notify our front office administrator of the event. We will accommodate extreme emergencies and extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
