Panorama SEL Spring Survey
Dear Wilson Hill Families,
We thank you and your family for being our valued partners as we work together to educate the children in our district. As you may already be aware, building our well-being and social-emotional learning skills is an important goal for our school this year and every year. Over the next few weeks, students will participate in several exercises to better understand these concepts and to reflect on how they perceive these skills in themselves.
As we have done for the last four years, we will be asking for your child to reflect on his/her own mindsets and approaches to learning via an online survey. The survey shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to complete and will be administered during a two-week window from March 28 - April 8, 2022.
We are partnering with Panorama Education, a third-party vendor, to support us in administering these surveys. The survey content will ask students in grades 3-12 to self-reflect on School Safety, Teacher-Student Relationships, Sense of Belonging, Rigorous Expectations, and Self-Efficacy. Our students in grades 6-12 will also be asked to self-reflect on two additional topics; Diversity and Inclusion and Cultural Awareness.
Student voice matters to us, and their responses will provide invaluable insights into their experiences in how we can improve and adapt our instruction to meet their needs. If a student doesn’t feel like they have enough information to answer a question, they will be able to skip the item altogether.
If you have any questions about the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) survey, please don’t hesitate to contact us in the office at 614-450-4800.
Respectfully,
Principal Addy
5th Annual Finely's Smile 5K and Smile Mile
Can't make it to the race?! We have a virtual option, too! (And you'll still get the amazingly comfy race shirt and goodies!)
This event is the primary fundraiser for the nonprofit organization, Finley's Smile, that they established in memory of their daughter, Finley Grace. Finley's Smile, works to encourage others to live by the motto, Love, Play, Smile. This is done by providing fun, memory building experiences for children and their families, including the Games in Schools program currently available in several Worthington Schools. (With hopes to expand the program into more schools soon!) They have also awarded over $30,000 in grants to other nonprofit organizations through their annual Love, Play, Smile grant cycle.
Please consider joining us on March 27th for this fun, family centered event! Don't forget to join us for the kids EGG HUNT before the start of the race, and a church service following the race.

Infinite Campus Unavailable April 11-13
Infinite Campus will be unavailable April 11-13 to transition services to Infinite Campus’ data centers. This move will help ensure Infinite Campus has minimal disruptions (outages) moving forward and will help keep our system up to date and secure.
After the move, starting April 14, the webpage link to Worthington Schools Infinite Campus will change. All of the webpage addresses on our Website and parent portals will be updated, but anyone who has bookmarked it will need to update their url. Families who use the mobile app will also need to reconnect the app to our district.
Thank you
