News about Summer Programming and Opportunities!
The warmer weather reminds us that spring is near and so is summer planning. We wanted to take a few minutes to update you on recent happenings in the building and upcoming opportunities. In addition, please check out the Warm Weather Tips below provided by the National Association of Elementary School Principals.
There are three opportunities for learning and fun this summer. The Evergreen Club Summer Program will run June 14th through July 22nd. This year the pool will be open. In addition, we will extend the Spring Academic Tutoring programming into the summer with a STEAM addition. ALL students will be invited to participate in the free summer 3-week camp. This will be a morning program and can be combined with the Evergreen program. And last but not least ABCs and Me will also run this summer for all incoming Kindergarten students. Detailed information will be coming home after the holidays.
In addition, please check out information below from our Librarian, Yearbook Staff, and the organizers of Remake Learning. You still have time order a yearbook so don't delay!
Have a Happy Easter and enjoy the holiday weekend!

Remake Learning Days (RLD)
An innovative learning festival for families and youth. Northwestern PA is one of 17 regions involved across the country. These hands-on and engaging events are designed for kids of all ages at libraries, schools, tech centers, museums, play spaces, community centers, and more.
We have 50+ events on the Northwestern PA Remake Learning Days calendar!
- There are also over 400 virtual events across the country.
- Don't forget -- Professional Development events for Educators, too!
There's still time to participate as an Event Host!
Remake Learning Days would not be a success without event hosts like you. YOU can be a part of this national festival. It can be as simple as an already planned in-class event/project. I know there are some great things happening in our schools - let's highlight Northwestern PA through the Remake Learning Days festival!
