Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Demonstration Project at Hood River Middle School
Travelers along May Street at 17th and 18th Streets can expect to see some changes, beginning in mid-August. Temporary shared-use paths, and a stop sign on 18th and May Streets, will be installed to test potential roadway changes with the goal of improving the safety of students to use active transportation alternatives.
