Weekly Reflections
Telescope and Microscope (Jon Gordon)
Jon Gordon (p.32) discusses how sometimes as a team, we have to carry the telescope and the microscope in order to reach our journey. The telescope us as a team to keep our eyes on our vision while the microscope helps us to the things along the way that gets us to our goal. We all have to reflect on what we are doing daily with our microscope that will help the focus on the telescope. This is why even something as small as standing at your door is vital and addressing hats and hoodies. The small things matter. All of it matters with reaching steps toward our vision. Thank you for taking the necessary steps each day!
Wins:
1. Teachers are standing at their doors (thank you).
2. Board protocols are implemented (thank you)
Grow:
1. Please address hats, hoodies, and cell phones. This needs to happen. Please don't let them walk by. We are a team!
Reminders:
1. Lesson plans are due each Friday by noon. Please be sure to submit them on time.
