Welcome to our Newest Assistant Principal!
"My name is Sarah Findlay, and I am thrilled to be joining Minor Elementary as the new Assistant Principal serving Kindergarten, 1st Grade and ESOL. In my thirteen years in Gwinnett County Public Schools, I've worked as an ESOL teacher, Instructional Coach and a classroom teacher for grades 2, 3, and 4 in both Baggett Elementary and Corley Elementary schools. During my first few days here, I learned that Minor Elementary is a community of staff members, students, and parents that truly care about one another and support each other in helping Minor students be successful.
I have a husband and two children ages 3 and 5. I love cheeseburgers, chocolate, and shopping for shoes. Most of all, I love coming to work every day to build relationships with the staff and students and make a positive impact on our school community. "
Congratulations and We Will Miss You, Dr. Harris!
