Intro
Our society is the Akkadians from Akkad.
The origins of the Akkadians civilization was roughly from 2700 - 2154 BCE.
The Akkadians lived in Northern Mesopotamia.
The Advanced Cities
The Akkadians lived in northern Mesopotamia. They had a similar government and culture as the Sumerians, but spoke a different language. The government was made up of individual city-states. This was where each city had its own ruler that controlled the city and the surrounding area.
They developed to make an area that focused on agriculture instead of really hunting and gathering. The Akkadian Empire ended when kings found it hard to rule over such a large territory, and soon the Akkadian Empire fell to new invaders from the north, which began the Babylonian Empire.
Social Structure
Akkad had the people called the Akkadians.
First class are kings priest Palaces official
second class are the free clients
Third class Commoner
Fourth Class are the Slaves or debaters or war prisoners
Religon
The religion of Akkad is little described, usually falling into the general category of Sumerian religion. Frequently the term Sumero-Akkadian religion is used, in which the two systems are dealt with as one larger system. They're main focus was on the sun god Shamash. Rays of light from Shamash shined over the king, who had his divinity attributed to him this way.
Government
The Akkadians legitimized rulership through divine consent, and the title of "king" was eventually elevated to the rank of the divine under Naram-Sin.
The Akkadian rulers solidified their power by installing daughters as high priestesses to Sin, sons as provincial governors in strategic locations, and marrying his other daughters to rulers in peripheral parts of the empire.

Conclusion
The Akkadian Empire is the state that grew up around the city of Akkad north of Sumer, and reached its greatest extent under Sargon of Akkad. It has been described as the first true empire in world history. Also in addition to the first empire they were also the first dynasty. They eventually became part of the Babylonian empire once they couldn't control the entire mass of land that their empire ruled over. So they fell. They were considered a vital point in history with the contributions of the calendar, their language which inspired trades, and their conquest for land and power.
