Dear Families,
What a fantastic week back! We had so much to celebrate and have so much to look forward to. We want to remind you that there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, April 8th due to the solar eclipse. Enjoy this phenomena, but protect your eyes!
Check out all we have going on here at the high school!
What Do You Need To Know?
New National Honor Society Members
Congratulations to our newest members of the National Honor Society! 26 students were selected for this recognition this year. Mrs. Heaton, the NHS advisor, said this was the most competitive year for NHS membership in her long tenure as advisor. Every student who applied is truly wonderful, and we send a warm congratulations to those students chosen. The video attached is the reveal that all students watched in their AIM classes today.
March Seniors of the Month
Another congratulations goes out to our Seniors of the Month for the month of March. These four deserving students were nominated by their teachers to be recognized. All are wonderful examples of what it means to be a Ranger! They are Andrew Duska, Brooke Scotti, Penelope Taylor, and Lunar Young.
Ohio State Testing - IMPORTANT INFO!
We have released our state testing schedule for the high school OSTs. Please read this information carefully to ensure that your student reports to school at the proper times on the proper days during the month of April. Please contact the school with any questions you may have. This information was shared with students and is posted in their grade level Google Classrooms.
Sienna Sanborn Represents Ohio
On Saturday March 30th, Sienna Sanborn was selected to wrestle for Team Ohio in The 50th Annual Pittsburgh Wrestling Classic presented by U.S. Steel, in partnership with the NWCA, which is the premiere scholastic All-Star event for amateur wrestling. The Rose Bowl of Wrestling. Sienna lost her match, but Team Ohio beat Team Pennsylvania 39-19!
