Ingredients
Fresh spinach, Strawberries, Walnuts, and Poppy Seed Dressing (Lemon and Vinegar)
Utensils
Large bowl, Tongs, Strainer
Preparation
Spinach
- Rinse spinach with 1 teaspoon of lemon, few drops of lemon, and cold water
- put all contents into a strainer then to a bowl
Strawberries
- Rinse
- Slice in bite size pieces
Walnuts
- Crush into small pieces

Spinach - 49 calories
Strawberries - 9 calories
Walnuts - 20 calories
Dressing - 27 calories ( 1 Tbsp )

Breaded Fillet , Rice, and Veggies
Breaded Fillet
Ingredients
Breadcrumbs, Fillet, Veggie Bag, Rice and Corn, Eggs
Utensils
Pan, Bowl
Preparation
Fillet
- Rinse the fillets
- Beat the eggs and then dip the fillets
- Dip the fillet in the breadcrumbs
- Place the fillets in the pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes
Rice
- Put the rice in a pan with some onion and some butter and toast until brown
- Add 2 cups of water
- Cover until the rice soaks up the water and then it is ready
Veggies
- Put the veggies in a pan with 1/2 cup of water and let it boil
- When ready pour into strainer and ready to serve
