A Few CB's Await Setup
Halfway Done!
Unboxing & Setup takes some time!
Chromebook Arrive!!
The 180 chromebooks arrived in December and their 6 carts finally arrived right after Christmas. Setting up each cart was a time-consuming process involving threading the power cords over, under, through some tight spaces in the cart. Mrs. Carlson graciously "volunteered" her husband and son to come and take care of this! It took strong hands and patience but they got all 6 carts done!
Meanwhile, each chromebook had to be connected to the GCSD wi-fi through a series of steps (think typing a username and password three times for each CB!). Each CB was labeled and then nestled in its own slot in a cart.
MANY MANY THANKS to Joe Carlson and Sean Carlson for all their work in getting the carts ready for use!!!

Roller Coasters Roll into the MC
The 8th grade Science classes presented their roller coaster projects to Mr. Finlay and Mrs. Long, who judged them and selected the winner for each teacher. We enjoyed hosting the presentations and continue to display the coasters for all to see and admire!
