Meadowbrook Buzz with Mr. Bell
Welcome to the second half of the school year! We have a lot of exciting events planned, from our Kindergarten 100th day of school to Valentine's Day, to chasing leprechauns in Grade 1, to attending field trips, to name a few.
Just to remind you, our doors open each morning at 8:35 a.m. Please do not drop your child off and have them wait in the cold outside before that time. Also, the morning line-up of cars in front of the school begins at 8:30am. If you need to drop your child off earlier in the morning, consider the morning care program offered by the Rivervale Education Foundation.
With the colder temperatures setting in we remind you to please send your student to Meadowbrook with weather appropriate jackets, hats and gloves.
Finally, thank you to all who participated in the Kindness Week activities! We still have community service projects going on. Please consider donating a food or personal item for the local food pantry as part of the Grade 1 community service initiative.
