I want to invite everyone to attend the 5th Quarter dinner at EUHS from 4:30-6:30. This is an opportunity to meet and mingle with teachers and staff throughout the District. After dinner, we will also be headed to the football game to enjoy the "Pink-Out" game against Immanuel. Come out an enjoy an evening of fun!
Mud Run on October 8th
Don't forget the Mud Run is just around the corner on October 8th. Come join the WMS team at 11:30 if you want to have fun and get a little muddy too!
New Student Log-ins
Our Tech Department has created a new SOP for obtaining new student enrollee log-ins. Once a new student enrolls, Sandy will let the Tech Department know. Once they get the request they will have the account created within 24 hours. This will help prevent multiple requests from being submitted. Students can then login with Perm ID and exeter01 in 24 hours max :)
Parent Conferences this Week
Our parent conferences are scheduled for this upcoming week. Parents received letters and progress reports, so they should have all the information needed. Chairs and tables will be set up in the gym tomorrow afternoon. You will have a name tag, candy, and a sign-in sheet to track all conferences. For 7th and 8th grade teachers, please remember that you need to meet with at least 15 of your parents. If parents do not show, please feel free to contact them during the conference time to see if they're available to conference by phone too. Please remind parents that the requirement to attend Warrior Fun Day in two weeks is that students can not have any D's or F's.
TOMS log-ins
I will be setting up teachers into TOMS (SBAC) for the 2016-17 school year. You should be receiving an email from them with your username and password information in the next couple of days. This will allow you to administer the interim assessments. Cheryl will also have log-in cards for you early this week. I know we have some subject areas and grade levels that are ready to go.
Reset-Behavior Presentations in PE
Just wanted to update you to let you know that Stephen and I were able to present to all students (6th-8th grade) on Thursday during PE to reset behavior expectations. We feel that the these presentations went well and we saw some changes in behavior on Friday in plaza and on the playground. We will continue to use this process as needed as a way to communicate with all students and minimize the disruption to your schedule.
