MHS Updates
Congrats to the MHS Band!
This past Saturday our very own MHS Band hosted an invitational. We are proud to say they took 1st place in their division! Great job Tigers!
Do you know your child's grades?
We are halfway through the first semester. Students now understand the expectations of their teachers. Talk to your child about being proactive, organized, and the hard work learning takes. In 9 weeks your child will earn credit for the 1st semester, which also affects their GPA. If your child's first 9 weeks were a challenge, ask them what their plan is for the 2nd 9 weeks. Opportunities for your child include:
- Tutoring by their teacher or another teacher in the dame content(make sure your child communicates as teachers have different days/hours)
- NHS tutoring after school (peer tutoring)
- Extended Opportunity (students are pulled for this)
