Getting Set Up for T-TESS in DMAC
for HISD Teachers
Getting Ready...
Each of you have an teacher level account for your campus in DMAC. We want to make sure that you are set up and ready to use the T-TESS component of DMAC for your goal setting and to be able to view your walkthroughs and observations.
Log in to DMAC - ACTION REQUIRED NOW
All teachers need to log in to their T-TESS account so that it can be activated for walkthroughs.
Go to www.dmac-solutions.net and click on the EDUCATORS tab in the top right to log in. (If you don't know your DMAC login information, you can check with your campus contact. HS - Deanna Greene; JH - Tana Scholl; Int. - Shannon Black; East - Courtney Thomas; North - Tiffany Caldemeyer. If your contact is unavailable, you can also contact the assessment office - tmoniz@hisd.com or X 5043. )
If you are prompted to enter your TSDS number, you can look that up in your Skyward Financial account.
- Go to Skyward Financial
- Click on EMPLOYEE INFORMATION
- Then PERSONNEL
- Then PERSONNEL INFO
- You will find your TSDS number in the STATE ID field.
T-TESS Component of DMAC
- Click on the T-TESS component.
- This should bring you to a page where you can access your Goal Setting and Professional Development Plan (similar to the Teacher Self Report with PDAS.)
- You will also be able to view any walkthrough or observation that has been completed.
- Once that is available, you will be able to view and provide your electronic signature confirming receipt.

Goal Setting and Professional Development Plan (GSPD)
All teachers must complete Part 1 of their GSPD within the first few weeks of school. (Your principal will give you more information about this. Some campuses have already completed this in another format. They will also give you deadline information if you need to complete this through DMAC).
Part 1 of the GSPD requires you to use checkboxes to:
- Identify the data and processes used to assess students' needs.
- Identify the data and process used to assess personal professional growth areas.
There is also an area for you to add your PROFESSIONAL GOALS
- You must enter text in all text boxes to save.
Viewing Reports
All documents published by an appraiser are available for viewing and signing.
- Click on the maginifying glass on the document to view.
- Click on the printer icon if you want to print the document.
Electronic Signature
You will be able to sign the document electronically by typing your name in the tool bar and clicking the SIGN icon with the pen.
