Minutes - The following minutes were included in the agenda:
- The Board approved the minutes from the October 24, 2022 legislative meeting.
Education Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Five (5) confidential student agreements
- Student Activities
- Professional development conferences
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - Treasurer's Report, the list of bill payments, budgetary transfers, and disposal list of excess, obsolete, and non-repairable equipment
- 2023-2024 Preliminary Budget Opt-Out Resolution
- SRMS project change orders
- Bid award to Main Line Commercial Pools, Inc. for replacement of the UDHS pool UV system
- Transfer to Capital Reserve Fund
- Settlement Stipulation for 1416 Cinnamon Circle
Personnel Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, retirements and resignations, leaves of absence, changes of status, mentor appointments, and extracurriculars
Policy Committee Recommendations -
The Board approved second readings of the following policies:
- Assessment of Student Progress (213)
- Student Discipline (218)
- Student Complaint Process (219)
Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in executive session on November 21, 2022 from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM to discuss the personnel report included on the legislative agenda and negotiations with UDEA.
