About Hans Van Tartwijk
Hans Van Tartwijk is an accomplished real estate professional who holds a master of real estate from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands and a master of business administration from Henley Management College in Great Britain. He served nearly two decades as the president and head of development of the Amsterdam construction and property development company T&vT. Among other accomplishments with T&vT, Hans Van Tartwijk managed the $300 million development and construction of the World Trade Center Amsterdam and a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use campus for the University of Amsterdam.
Since 2008, Mr. Van Tartwijk has managed investments and provided strategic financial advice for European members of Princeton Property Partners. He is currently spearheading Princeton Property Management LLC, a division of the Partners that specializes in maximizing efficiency and economy in various commercial real estate investments. Hans Van Tartwijk is also one of the leading forces behind a new investment initiative that targets property acquisitions in college towns such as Princeton.
