Our very own Mrs. Dyer serves MISD as the district's Director of Community Services. The Community Services Department was created to promote a positive partnership between families, educators and the community. Be sure to check out their new webpage which has links to some great resources for families and students who may need some extra help in a variety of areas.

Fifth Grade Visit to Junior High
Hello future 6th grade Bears!
We are excited to have you come visit Montgomery Junior High on Friday, February 4th. Our time together on Friday is going to be short, but it will be a great opportunity to hear and see some of the wonderful things that Montgomery Junior High has to offer you next school year. If time allows, we are going to have some of our Junior High students lead you around the campus before you load your bus to head back to your campus.
Parents, we know that this can be an exciting time for you too! Therefore, we have scheduled a time for you to also come up to the school and ask questions or just tour the building on Tuesday, February 8th from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Our administrators, teachers, and counselors will be on hand to answer your questions about Junior High and our campus specifics. You are welcome to come alone and/or bring along your child. Feel free to come and go during this hour.
We look forward to meeting our future 6th grade families!

If your child needs to leave early, they may be checked out through the front office by a parent or guardian.
Changes in transportation need to be made prior to 2:00 in order to allow time for the messages to be communicated with the appropriate staff member. To request a change of transportation, either

- Come to the school with a copy of your driver's license.
