January 2020
Greetings Families-
We are so happy to welcome everyone back. It is hard to believe that we are already beginning the 2nd half of the school year. We hope you all had some time off to spend with friends and family.
While we are not looking forward to bad winter weather, we are looking forward to the possibility of SNOW! Winter is a magical time of year... sledding, snow angels, snowballs! Included in our building newsletter are some of our favorite books about winter. Grab some hot cocoa and snuggle up with your little one to read a good book about winter! Check out the Book List for some great winter books to read with your little one.
Wishing you well,
Dr. Sarah Birk, Principal
Bart Tittle, Assistant Principal

If your child will be absent...
Regular attendance is important to help your child make the most of this learning year in preschool. We understand children will miss occasionally due to illness or family emergency. When this happens, please call our attendance number and either speak directly to an ECC staff member or leave a message.
To report an absence, please call 736-5324
Is your child Kindergarten eligible for the 2020-2021 School Year?
Children will be eligible to start Kindergarten for the 2020-21 school year if they turn 5 years old by July 31, 2020. Families will begin to see information regarding Kindergarten Enrollment for the 20-21 school year distributed to families across the LPS district. Since your child is attending preschool or receiving services through the Liberty Early Childhood Center, they are already enrolled in the Liberty Public School system. YOU WILL NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS AGAIN FOR YOUR CHILD.
Please continue to look for upcoming information about Kindergarten Round-up events coming later this spring as well as information on Summer School for 2020.
