Hello LES Families!
LES Celebrates Inclusion!
Make a Flower for the LES Virtual Garden
- Make a flower that tells/shows how you are growing as a learner. It can be drawn on paper or made with recycled materials. Use your imagination!
- Take a picture of yourself holding the flower and send it to atesta@ltps.org by 3pm TODAY!
- Get excited for our VIrtual Garden video that will be shared in honor of LES celebrates Inclusion
In case you missed it last week (or want to hear it again!), Mrs. Lockett's read aloud of Just Ask! by Sonya Sotomayor is linked below.

Coping Skill of the Week: Deep Breathing
It's important to try lots of different coping skills in order to find the ones that work best for you. Don't forget our coping skill from the last two weeks: to find one good thing that happens each day and write it down, and talk to someone you trust. The more coping skills we have to help us thru difficult times, the more resilient we will be. Learn more about the 5 Coping Skills Styles (with a handy checklist) at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TjAYs7RBuM&feature=youtu.be.
