Thank you...
... to Joe J for his work with the PP reports last week. An intense time that was well-managed and puts the kids ahead in their efforts to be prepared for the final steps of the process
... to the team for Friday's CPD - Bruce, Natalie K, Kirsty, Tina, Jason M and Adrian
... to those who are feeding questions/thoughts to the planning group, for inquiries
... for your time and effort leading up to the Semester 1 ARR deadline
Dean Vacancy
With the advertising of the Personal Project Coordinators position, some have been asking about the Dean vacancy created by Sean's departure. The two roles don't lend themselves to be advertised together hence the delay. We will send some more details about the process after Chinese New Year as we always give the opportunity for newly appointed staff to apply. More than likely, it will be similar to previous years with an expression of interest by email, sought. If you have any queries, please speak to Sue or myself. If you find yourself in a position where you would have liked to apply for both this and the PP Coordinator, please let Adrian or me know asap.
Attendance
Could all LAs please ensure that attendance is taken and submitted in the mornings. M and M in front office are spending incredible amounts of time chasing students, unnecessarily. If you have any issues with completing, please ask.
FIeld Trips - forms and payment
Can we please try and get permission slips and payment returned at least two weeks in advance of the actual date. Students cannot participate on trips without paying - as it creates headaches for the finance dept afterwards. Thanks.
