Retell
One way students are assessed in reading is their oral retell. After reading a text, students are asked to retell what they read. Based on their response, they can earn 1-4. This is assessed every trimester and practiced in the classroom. It is one way to measure reading comprehension.
3D Shapes
Our kinder students are learning to identify 3 dimensional shapes and the attributes each has.
Writing Performance Tasks
Students read several sources prior to responding to a writing prompt. Students may be asked to write a narrative, opinion or informational essay.
Think Together provides support during extended learning!
Congratulations to our Esports Team who took 3rd Place!
Thank you to Mayor Vargas who paid us a visit to honor our new coop!
Students took Mayor Varags on an informational tour of our Chicken Program.
May Ranch Hens
Our home grown baby chicks have moved into the big coop! Students are enjoying learning along side the chicks.
