CONCORD HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC BOOSTERS NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT!
It has been an exciting couple of months as sports are back in some capacity. We have seen games, meets and matches happening. It feels so good to see these athletes able to compete in the activities they love. We have more sports going at one time then we have ever seen and hopefully will ever see again. With these sports comes expenses that are paid for by the Concord High School Athletic Boosters. Things like thermometers, fingerprinting and certifications for coaches that are the minimum required to get these sports going in a safe way. The boosters have paid out almost $15,000 this year with little to no income to get sports functioning, this includes summer camps and athlete recognition. The Booster club needs your support. It is not too late to join. For more information you can go to www.concordhighschool.net. The lowest level of membership is $50. If every athlete's family joined at that level we will be in good shape for this year and returning to full function in the fall.
If you have membership questions please contact Darcy Kremin at uniquelydarcy@yahoo.com
Superintendent Dr. Clark and MDUSD Board President Khaund provide information on next year and answer questions for the community.
Students of the Week
Julia Sytar
Class of 2023
Julia is an incredible student who produces very sophisticated work in English class. She is always very professional in class and comes everyday on time with her camera on. She is a deep thinker and is willing to dive deep into literature. She writes with clarity and is very insightful. She is reliable, always participates, but is light hearted and kind. Julia is shining example for me. I see her always showing her best side and it makes me want to do the same. She is very inspiring and is not afraid to work hard. I see her going very far in life!
