Hydrogen the Hero
Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cars
Hydrogen fuel cell cars use hydrogen gas to make energy. There are no harmful emissions of fossil fuels. The only emission is water vapor and heat. Hydrogen is abundant, and it can be made from renewable energy.
How They Work
They have a tank for hydrogen gas, and it refills just like regular gas. There is a Proton Exchange Membrane which is like a battery that converts the hydrogen from the tank and oxygen in the air into energy.
Disclaimer
Currently, there are not many locations to refuel the cars. Hydrogen fuel cell cars are not durable in high temperatures. They are expensive to make.
