Message from Ms. Neill
Dear Parents,
We appreciate your partnership in supporting our school's academic endeavors. Your involvement plays a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our students. As we strive for excellence in education, your support becomes a driving force that propels our students towards success. By working together, we create an environment where students feel motivated and encouraged to excel not only in their studies but also in their personal development.
At Briar Vista, we believe that a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and students is the cornerstone of a thriving academic community. We invite you to continue collaborating with us to ensure that our students receive the best possible education and are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to face the challenges of the future.
Thank you for being an essential part of our school family and for contributing to the success of our students.

Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
Please take some time and familiarize yourself with our arrival and dismissal procedures. Students arriving after 7:45am will be marked tardy and must be signed in by an adult. Please do NOT drop them off. A change to a student’s mode of transportation should be made prior to 12:30pm and it must be in writing. Students will NOT be checked out after 1:30pm, no exceptions. If you need your student before our official dismissal begins at 2:10pm, please make sure you are here prior to 1:30pm.
We dismiss bus and JKG van riders first. When the buses have loaded completely, they will leave campus around (2:20pm). After the buses have exited the circle, we will dismiss Walkers and Car Riders (2:25pm). Dismissal times may not be exact due to transportation delays and/or weather conditions.
Please exercise extreme caution in the car rider lanes. Monitor your speed and be aware of families that may be crossing the street and students being put into their cars. We thank you so much for your patience and kindness in the afternoons!
Title 1 Annual Stakeholder's Meeting & Curriculum Night
Thank you to everyone that came out to our Annual Title 1 Stakeholder's Meeting and Curriculum Night. We know that this district mandated meeting was lengthy but it was a good way for your to learn about how you as a stakeholder can and should be involved in our school. We look forward to reading more of your feedback/comments and working together to continue to make Briar Vista a great place to learn. Please take some time and answer the survey questions and give your feedback about our school on the feedback form. Both links can also be found on our school's website.
