Stipend opportunity
If you would like to earn a stipend by being our "go to" person to cover a class in the event we need someone, please let me know. The stipend range will be from $500-$700 depending on the number we have interested. This will require you to give up a portion or your entire conference period to cover a class. This will help reduce the number of emails from Jackie searching for coverage.
Leaving Campus
If you need to leave campus for an extended period of time, this is a reminder to let your team leader know and please sign out using the google link.

In the event of an evacuation, we need to know if everyone including faculty are out of the building. Please save this link on your smart phone or on your desktop.
Lets be careful with our words
Avoid making comments such as:
"You should know this by now." For the student that is truly making an effort to master the material, this will make them feel worse. For a 14,15, or 16 year old, it can have a huge impact on self-efficacy.
"The other class did well with this. What's wrong with you guys?"It gets taken as an insult, not a motivator. Aim to make the students in front of you feel like they are the most important people in that teacher's world.
