What is K2?
K2, or synthetic marijuana, is a drug that mimics the effects of marijuana. It is made by spraying synthetic chemicals on natural herbs. It is usually labeled as "incense" and can be sold in some gas stations, online, or in head shops.
How Does K2 Enter The Body?
K2 is either smoked or inhaled in a pipe by itself or mixed with tobacco in something like a cigarette. It can also be taken in a tea after is has steeped in warm water, which makes the effects slower and milder.

- Effects the brain (poor thinking, memory loss)
- Effects lung function (breathing problems, cough, chest cold)

- Weakens the immune system

- Seizures and tremors
- Coma
- Vomiting
- Numbness
- Hallucinations
- Very high blood pressure
- Anxiety and panic attacks
- Terrible headaches
- Inability to speak
Dependence/Addiction
K2 is both physically and psychologically addictive.
