Star Awards Assembly- Thank you
Thank you:
- April and Sara thank you for the video it was a great addition to the program.
- Staff thank you for presenting the awards to the scholars.
Parents were pleased with the changes we made to the assembly. The most popular comments were:
- I liked the teacher reading why the scholar go the award.
- 2 scholars per class means my scholar worked really hard.
- The video helped me understand that pillar being celebrated
- The scholars name being put on the program as a keepsake.
We are open to feedback so please share your feedback positive or an area of improvement.
Responsibility is our next pillar of character to celebrate with an awards assembly on January 29, 2019.

Naming Conventions for Instructional and Organizational Social Media Accounts: All accounts created on behalf of Frederick County Public Schools should contain ‘FCPS’ and be followed with your name or the name of your division, department, title, etc. For example: @FCPS_BRESPrincipal, @ArtsAcademyFCPS, @TStreet_FCPSComm, FCPS_FoodService, tstreet_fcpsTeach. Following these naming conventions supports Frederick County Public Schools branding and helps users when searching for our pages and accounts. Supporting the Brand If you create a social media site on behalf of the Frederick County Public Schools, use simple graphics that reflect the FCPS brand. Our logos are located on the Shared K:Drive/FCPSLogos. You are not required to use the FCPS logo, but please use artwork and/or images that complement Frederick County Public Schools.
