Christianity
Christianity is a religion where the follower follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. They have a religion book which is the Bible and mostly all of the followers go to a church and pray and read the bible. A major holiday for Christians is Christmas. They believe in one God making it a monotheistic religion. Christianity began as a Jewish sect in the Levant of the middle east in the mid-1st century.

Islam
The Islam religion is beliefs based off the teachings of the divine proper Muhammad. This religion dates back to 7th century C.E, where Muhammad was preaching the word of Allah, there one and only god because they are a monotheistic religion. They learn from their holy book known as the Quran. Some major holidays include Muharram, Mawlid al-Nabi, and Ramadan. Some of the holy rituals is attending Mosque every week and the journey to Meca to complete your journey of faith.

Judaism
Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, known as the Patriarchs, are both the physical and spiritual ancestors of Judaism. It was founded in Canaan in around 2000 B.C. The scripture or religious books they have are the Torah, Tanakah and the Talmud. They believe in one God making it a monotheistic . They celebrate Hanukkah which is a very religious time for them.

Hinduism
Hinduism is a polytheistic religion in which you carry out your life in a virtuous way to achieve a better class and reincarnate to a beautiful being. Hinduism writings date back to 1500 B.C with scripture. There holy book is known as the Vedas. Major holidays include Holi and Diwali. A daily ritual is meditation and they believe in many gods and spirits that carry on the world.

Buddhism
Buddhism is the religion of practices and spiritual development towards spiritual enlightenment that revolves around the divine venerate Buddha. Depending on the person, it could be monotheistic or polytheistic. Buddhism does not have any universal holy book. Some major holidays include Vesak and the Buddhist New Year. Buddhism dates back to 6th century B.C founded by Prince Sidhartha. Some rituals include meditation and mindfulness.
