Placement Notification
Students will be notified of their classroom room number via their report card on the last day of school. Please do not make any assumptions that the current teacher in that classroom is automatically assigned to that classroom again. On Monday, August 5th, you'll be able to visit our school website to see which teacher has been assigned to which classroom number. All teachers will also have their classroom letter posted on their website.
I realize that every student and every parent might not get the teacher they want. It is during times like these that you, the parent, teach your child the importance of making the best out of every situation. Letters requesting specific friendship groups, or please don't place my child with..., or my child needs a teacher that is...are looked at with a close eye; however, there are no guarantees. The placement process takes a great deal of time but in the end, your reaction to your child's placement means so much. If the parent isn't respectful to the process or the selection, how will the child be?
Thank you all for your support and next year's teacher placement.

Jamison's new website
Our website is going through a new look. Please visit our website throughout the summer months to keep yourself updated on any new information.
Thank you and Good-Bye to "Mrs. D."
Thank you to the Home and School Association...
Thank you Home and School for all your work and efforts in making Jamison the best place it can possibly be for kids. Your financial support and efforts are truly appreciated!
Our Jamison Today Show is now "cutting-edge" due to the technology incorporated into our morning announcements. This technology was funded through our Home and School.
Our Jamsion Jet Assemblies are "louder than ever" due to the speakers the Home and School funded.
Ms. Young and her Make a Difference Kids also experienced the generosity of the Home and School as they assisted in purchasing supplies for the student's service projects.
This is just a small sampling of the efforts the Home and School have made for our students at Jamison...Simply put, THANK YOU!
