The Lady Generals Softball Team will be playing at Ardmore Monday and Tuesday for Area Tournament please come out and support them game at 4:00.

If your child has been fully vaccinated for COVID, parent/guardian must provide a copy of the vaccination record for review by Health Services staff. The parent/guardian may bring the vaccination record to the school, or they may scan a copy by e-mail to lauren.parsons@hsv-k12.org and andrea.penn@hsv-k12.org. Thank you.

Sunday, May 3 - Senior Awards & Recognition Day All graduates are expected to attend since this is the line up practice for graduation. Line up will be 3:00pm. Program will begins at 3:30. Each graduate may have 2-3 guests at Awards Day because of socially distance seating in the theatre.
Please submit your college acceptance and scholarship letters to the college and career counselor, Sheri.criggger@hsv-k12.org. If you need to see her, she is usually here on Mondays.

As we approach AP testing, please notate that all Lee High School AP students will automatically be scheduled to take the paper/pencil test in-person in Mr. Lee's classroom, Room 329. All AP exams are paper/pencil. All Lee High AP students who attend traditionally will also need to take their AP exams on our campus. Please see the AP Exam Schedule so you may plan accordingly. Job Opportunities for Students
Woodpride, a furniture repair shop located on 1209 Meridian Street, is hiring for fulltime and parttime summer help and you must have the ability to do the following:
- be on time
- lift 50 lbs or more
- move, sand, and stain furniture (training will be provided)
- aid with picking up and delivering furniture
- pay rate: $10 per hour
- hours of operation is Mon.-Thur. 8 am -4:30 pm and Fri. 8 am -12 pm

Camille Turner won "Best in Painting" at the High School Art Show from Shelby County Art Council. The Shelby County Arts Council, in partnership with the University of Alabama at Birmingham Department of Art and Art History and the University of Montevallo Department of Art, presents the 2021 Statewide Student Juried Art Exhibition. This show features the work of high school students from across the state of Alabama.
