Tiger Feedback

Our "NOW" Determines Our "NEXT!"
Park Family,
Thank you for all your encouragement and support over the years and for my "next." As I shared on Tuesday, we have always been about our Tigers and the amazing Teachers and Staff! Cypress Park has never been about an individual, it has always been about the poWEr of WE! Our Park Family has helped to produce 4 current Principals, 3 current Directors of Instructions, multiple Assistant Principals, and lots of District and Campus Instructional Coaches. Also, throughout the District Monitor School Process, the District was highly impressed by our incredible Teachers and Paraprofessionals and everything that we were doing instructionally. There only area of growth for us was in student attendance, which we are improving this year. We have been and will continue to be a highly effective school, not perfect, but striving for excellence.
I share all this to state the reason I think that we have had such success is because we are focused on our NOW! Being prepared and focused daily to LOVE, SERVE, CARE is how we help engage our Tigers, stay focused on what can we do to lead with safety, learning, and teaching in mind!
When you take care of "today," we can achieve The Park Way, which embodies our Dreams, our Beliefs, and Our Leadership. When we focus on "Now," our "Next" will be great! Thank YOU for a great 8 years, now let's finish strong!
With gratitude and appreciation,
Chris
